As vice president of human resources (HR) and administration, Emily is responsible for all HR globally. Her areas of responsibility include development and implementation of human resources strategies that drive the highest level of employee engagement and performance. In this role, she designs strategies for talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and training. She also leads APTIM’s Global Corporate Security team, travel program, and real estate portfolio.
With more than 15 years of experience, Emily began her career with an APTIM legacy company and previously held a variety of roles within administration and HR, including senior director of corporate HR, focused on benefits, compensation, HRIS, and compliance.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Michigan State University.
