Supplier Diversity Program

At APTIM, we recognize and believe that small and diverse businesses play an important role in our economy and communities in which we work.

APTIM values building long-term sustainable relationships with our small business partners. APTIM is committed to identifying and utilizing small businesses of all socioeconomic categories and working with local businesses in the communities we serve. We believe that small businesses are not only the backbone of the US economy, but provide niche services, innovative ideas, flexibility, and agility to our projects.

This is demonstrated through our small business utilization and awards received for exceptional support of the small business community. Our Supplier Diversity Program is in line with our company culture of mentoring and supporting the diverse communities we serve.

Our dedication to empowering small businesses is supported by the highest level of the organization, as evidenced by the policy statement signed by APTIM CEO Mark Fallon. Mark also supports internal initiatives that promote small business and recognize internal employees for their support of the small business community.
