Introducing APTIM’s LFG Specialties Service Hotline & Ticketing System
Our support team receives a high volume of service calls, from active project sites to warranty requests, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting needs. Historically, our technicians have balanced phone support alongside field operations, which can delay response time.
To better serve our clients and keep pace with industry expectations, we have implemented a dedicated LFG Specialties Service Hotline & Ticketing System.
How the System Works
- Service Hotline – Contact APTIM’s LFG Specialties Service Hotline at 844 LFG CURE (844 534 2873). A designated team member will collect your site information, request details, and contact info. This person is not a technician but is trained to capture the information needed to log your request.
- Ticket – Your information is entered into our internal ticketing system to log the issue and assign priority.
- Confirmation Email – You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your request and a notice that your issue is being assigned.
- Assignment and Next Steps – A service coordinator will assign your request to the appropriate technician. You will receive a follow-up email introducing your point of contact and providing an expected response time.
- Technician Follow-Up – Your assigned technician will reach out to assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, integration, or a service proposal as needed.
As the ticketing system evolves, be on the lookout for an online ticket submission portal for easier access. Our goal is to deliver consistent, responsive support while giving our clients the confidence that every request is being tracked and addressed.
