Will my answers be public?

No, your answers will be reported anonymously and shared as part of a data set of all respondents. If your company requires a non-disclosure agreement, contact our team at SustainableRetail@APTIM.com.

How much does it cost?

Participation is completely free. All participating retailers receive a customized and confidential report comparing their performance to the rest of the respondents.

Who should participate?

We are currently seeking data from US-based retail chains, as the survey questions are primarily focused on compliance and best practices for US store-level operations.

What is the best way to take the survey?

Complete the form on this webpage to sign up for participation. You will receive a custom survey link that allows you to save responses and return when you are ready to complete the survey. To simplify the process, we recommended downloading the questions in advance to collect your organization's data. You can do this by clicking on the printer icon in the upper right-hand corner of the survey.

Can I skip a question?

Yes, most questions are optional, and you may skip questions. However, the more complete your responses, the more accurate and valuable your customized benchmarking results will be.

Is someone available to help walk me through the survey?

When can we expect to see the public benchmarking report and individual reports?

The individual reports and the 2025 SRI Benchmarking Report will launch in September 2025.
