We Put the Equity in E-Mobility
APTIM’s em4all™ ensures residents with language, technology, and scheduling challenges have an equal opportunity to participate in your program—so you can be confident that all residents will be served equally, and your program and equity goals will be met. The em4all™ model allows randomly selected pre-registrants have several days to complete their application, allowing them to collect required documents and seek assistance with application completion. Once approved, they receive a point-of-sale rebate voucher that can be used to reduce the purchase price of an e-bike and associated safety equipment at participating retailers.
Our secure, end-to-end information technology platform handles all elements of the program process (from participant intake, application, document storage, and document review to voucher issuance and redemption) and provides real-time dashboards about program success.
