APTIM’s Environmental Retail Index (ERI) is an annual benchmarking survey for US-based retail companies. Participants receive a customized, confidential report comparing their responses with aggregated peer data, helping teams identify program gaps, support internal planning, and prioritize next steps.
APTIM also uses aggregated ERI findings to publish thought leadership and retail benchmarking insights through a blog series. Public insights do not disclose individual company responses.
