Program Management Services for the Ohio Creek Transformation Project

Contract Scope

APTIM provided aid on Community Development Block Grant – National Disaster Resilience Competition (CDBG-NDR) regulatory compliance, program management, program administration, community engagement, land use regulations, and coordination and communication of grant activities with other city resilience projects. A large focus of the activities within the Ohio Creek Watershed was to protect residential housing from nuisance flooding and future coastal inundation while creating new connections and amenities for an at-risk neighborhood. We oversaw the gathering of input from the community and assurance that residents were well informed to how construction will disrupt their lives.
