Involvement Networks
APTIM Involvement Networks (AIN) are company-recognized, employee-led groups organized around a set of common backgrounds, interests, or goals. Every APTIM teammate is invited to become a member or ally of any AIN or to attend AIN-led events. Participation is voluntary. Our events are intended to enhance the APTIM experience by fostering a sense of belonging for our teammates. Our current AINs are below.

Philanthropy
As a future-focused organization, APTIM partners with organizations that further our mission of enhancing sustainability, environmental resilience, and well-being for all communities, for this generation and the next. We fund educational programs and hands-on projects to proactively create a pipeline of talent and increase the impact of emerging leaders. In 2025, each AIN will choose a cause that resonates with their own mission to support on behalf of APTIM.
