APTIM has been providing regulatory review services for a national retail client since 2019. The project involves the ongoing identification, analysis, and communication of regulator changes relevant to the client’s nationwide operations. APTIM’s efforts have focused on developing customized tools and processes to monitor legislation and regulations affecting environmental, health, and safety (EHS); fire protection; energy and sustainability; and hazardous materials transportation. This work ensures the client remains compliant and well-positioned to respond to regulatory developments in a timely and efficient manner.

Project History
APTIM has a successful history of providing regulatory review support to commercial clients. Since beginning work with the client, APTIM’s regulatory review service has grown to include multiple clients.
Our team of EHS, fire protection, energy and sustainability, and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance experts identifies newly proposed federal, state, and local regulatory changes and additions. For clients operating in several or all 50 states, staying ahead of regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and local levels can be a challenge for organizations with limited staff and time. APTIM absorbs the substantial labor required to monitor the thousands of regulatory changes on behalf of clients and delivers only the applicable regulations and statutes for their review. This service has allowed clients to:
