Project History

Upon receiving the contract award, APTIM leveraged existing employees in key project management roles and developed a staffing plan to establish a network of field inspectors, ensuring an appropriate level of field resources was implemented to achieve compliance across a vast geographical area with varying compliance requirements.

Our team developed a project transition plan to outline the necessary tasks, timeframes, and resources, as well as to identify key roles and responsibilities in development of the project team. APTIM also implemented an employee training program designed to ensure all field personnel possessed the knowledge and skills needed to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively.
