News Flash: US EPA’s e-Manifest Advisory Board to Hold Public Virtual Meeting in October

On October 4^th through October 6^th, the US EPA’s Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest (e-Manifest) System Advisory Board will be hosting a public meeting themed “Roadmap to 100% Electronic Manifests.”  The meeting will be virtual and open to the public who will have the opportunity to make comments.  Each day’s meeting is intended to start at 10 a.m. Eastern and conclude approximately at 6 p.m.

In order to attend, one must register by noon on September 27^th and declare their intentions of making oral comments.  This can be done at the following link.  An e-mail invitation, including the link and password to the meeting, will be sent the day prior (October 3^rd).

If you wish to submit written comments, those must be received by September 27^th and can be submitted at the following link.  Search for the Docket Number (EPA-HQ-OLEM-2022-0611) and click the Comment button.  You may type comments and/or upload files as needed.
