Mike Ramage

As Senior Vice President of Construction, Operations & Maintenance, Mike provides oversight for broad programs in both the government and public sectors that involve new construction, retrofits, operation of facilities, and maintenance of facilities utilizing both union and non-union labor.

For more than 30 years, Mike has worked, led, or provided oversight for heavy industrial engineering, construction, and operations and maintenance support in oil, gas, chemical, and Department of Defense fuels locations around the world, including: Greenland, Jordan, Bahamas, mainland US, Canada, the Pacific (Hawaii, Marshall Islands, and Guam), Japan, Korea, and Diego Garcia. He has used his expertise to build strong teams that drive for operational excellence while exceeding high-quality standards and a safe work environment for all.

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas and holds both a Professional Engineering license and Project Management Professional certification.
