Mike Ramage serves as Senior Vice President of Critical Infrastructure, providing executive leadership for the operation, maintenance, sustainment, resilience, and modernization of mission-critical infrastructure assets supporting government, defense, energy, and public-sector clients. In this role, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, program performance, long-term asset reliability, innovation, service delivery, and client partnerships across a diverse portfolio of critical infrastructure programs.
With more than 33 years of industry experience, Mike has led large-scale operations, maintenance, engineering, and infrastructure support initiatives across complex domestic and international environments, including fuel systems, industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, military installations, and resilience-focused programs throughout North and South America, the Pacific region, Europe, and the Caribbean. He is recognized for building high-performing organizations that prioritize safety, quality, accountability, customer success, mission readiness, and long-term value for Caribbean.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
