As Senior Vice President of Americas Operations & Maintenance (O&M) at APTIM, Josh leads the company’s Americas O&M strategic business unit.
Josh has more than 20 years of experience in industrial construction, maintenance, and fuels operations at scale. He oversees execution across complex industrial maintenance and operations programs, strengthens client partnerships, and improves performance across multi-site operations. Previously, Josh served as APTIM’s Director of Operations for U.S. Maintenance, where he oversaw refinery maintenance programs and long-term site O&M contracts. He later served as Senior Director of Federal Fuels, where he improved execution across critical programs and supported Department of Defense clients, including USACE, NAVFAC, and AFCEC.
In his current role, Josh leads high-performing teams across the Americas and supports APTIM’s growth in the O&M market.
