As Chief Growth Officer of APTIM’s Environmental & Energy Solutions strategic business unit, Greg Butler leads the organization’s growth agenda, including services growth in key client markets and the continued expansion of the Account Management Program.
Greg previously served as Senior Vice President of Environmental & Energy Solutions. In that role, he led four service lines focused on improving clients’ impact on the environment and their communities. Greg managed his team of experts to deliver these services at the highest quality, on time, under budget, and to meet each client’s unique needs.
During Greg’s 20 years with APTIM and its legacy companies, he has held client delivery, sales, and leadership roles. He also previously led the Environmental Compliance & Sustainability service line as Vice President and supported key account growth. His experience includes project management, large account management, business line management, and business development.
Greg has more than 30 years of experience in environmental protection, compliance, and regulatory analysis. His technical experience includes regulatory compliance assessments and audits, hazardous materials and waste management, stormwater management, regulatory negotiations, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act remedial investigations and feasibility studies, environmental, health, and safety process improvement, and emergency response planning.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California.
