Program Management Staff Augmentation, New York City’s Build It Back Program

APTIM provided specialized program management services to support execution of the City’s Build It Back (BIB) Program. The BIB Program is a U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funded Program. The program targeted owners of one- to four-unit residential properties seeking repair, reconstruction, reimbursement, or acquisition assistance. The program assists both owner-occupied and rentaloccupied properties within New York City with six options for assistance.
