Bill Deane

As senior vice president of resilient solutions, Bill provides leadership over APTIM’s disaster response, recovery, and resilience services; program and construction management; coastal, ports, and marine services; engineering solutions; and contingency construction programs for the U.S. government, state, and local agencies, as well as commercial and private customers. Bill develops strategy to elevate APTIM’s leadership in the resilience of our engineered and constructed environments and to better support survivors of both natural and man-made disasters. Bill has spent over 20 years in the construction and engineering industry, beginning his career with Dewberry. He has served the last 17 years of his career to APTIM and its legacy companies. Thanks to his dedication to APTIM’s customer base and the excellent career management professionals within APTIM, Bill has advanced from a construction engineer to his current leadership role today. He is especially proud of his direct efforts supporting survivors and rebuilding their infrastructure through his roles at APTIM.

Bill is a licensed professional engineer and earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rutgers University.
