Employee Spotlight: Mallory Mullins

Mallory Mullins, a University of New Orleans alumna with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, started her journey at APTIM as part of the STRIVE Summer Internship Program. In just seven months, she was promoted to junior business systems analyst, proving true her favorite quote by Mark Twain: “The secret to getting ahead is getting started.”
An avid video gamer, Mallory is “inspired by the ever-growing world of technology” and motivated to be a lifelong learner. Mallory’s daily responsibilities include assisting users of Salesforce, a customer relationship management platform, to understand their reports and dashboards, tackle larger projects, and troubleshoot. She’s currently focusing on integrating Salesforce with tools to drive the communication and marketing team’s internal and external campaign tracking. Through this work, Mallory has learned an important lesson: “Communication will get you far.”
Mallory, who has visited 15 countries, feels right at home at APTIM. “The people and the atmosphere are amazing. The family here is like nothing I have ever seen,” she shared, adding that her favorite part of her job is helping her colleagues. “It’s nice to know that you’re making a difference.”
A fun fact about Mallory: If she was not a member of APTIM’s information technology team, she would love to work the backstage of plays and musicals!
