The Center of Excellence Resource Management Team

One of the ten departments that make up the Center of Excellence (CoE) is Resource Management (RM)—a key interface between our talented APTIM employees and our project and operational staffing needs. In this context, Resource Management facilitates the internal communications of APTIM’s operational leaders to fully engage, support, and develop our internal talent base in the execution of our work. It is easy to see how RM is vital to our business in connecting project needs with qualified staff, less obvious is the incredible advantage afforded by this team to connect employees with the opportunities they might not know about. The RM function operates under the leadership of Michele Lyerla, Vice President, whose team works as a virtual switchboard within the organization. Serving as a liaison across the various interfaces in the staffing process, the RM team supports our ever-changing business needs in order to conduct effective resource planning and delivery.

In addition to Michele, the RM team includes Robert Stolz, Travis Wubker, David M. Miller, and Linda Seeley. The RM team works with the Project Management Office (PMO), the CoE Functional leaders, and Human Resources in order to realize maximum efficiencies in resource utilization, strategic recruiting, and overall development of APTIM personnel to support the business needs.
